Return Policy

Return Conditions

You have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the product(s) to request a return or exchange via the after-sales service contact form. To ensure fair treatment for all customers, SPAAN may refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products not purchased directly from spaan.uk
  • Exceeding the withdrawal period or not following the return procedure
  • Damaged products or not in original condition
  • Missing parts (including screws)

Return Procedure

Prepare the package

Include the item(s) in their original packaging (bags, separation cardboard, padding). Use the original box or similar packaging.

Please insert the invoice of your order inside the package, or if not available, your full name and order number on any piece of paper. Without this, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.

If the original box is in good condition and reused, please remove or cross out the original shipping label and all visible barcodes before applying the new label, to avoid delivery errors.

Attach the shipping label

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, preparation mistake), we will cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label to print and stick on the parcel.

In all other cases, the return shipping label and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to purchase a prepaid return label, you can do so on our website by ordering the item FPO ("Additional Shipping Fee"). Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo return label to print and attach to the parcel, which you can drop off at any Royal Mail post office in the UK.

If you were originally sent a prepaid return label for an exchange but later request a refund, a flat-rate return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Send the package

If you received a prepaid Colissimo return label, please drop off the parcel at any Royal Mail post office in the United Kingdom.

If you return the parcel at your own expense (without a return label provided by us), it must be sent via Parcelforce, as the return address is a PO Box. The return address will be provided in the return instructions from our customer service team.

Refund terms

Returns are processed as quickly as possible after receipt. After inspection and acceptance of the return by our customer service team, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order (full refund for a complete return, partial refund when only part of the order is returned).

If a prepaid return label was originally provided as part of an exchange and you ultimately choose a refund, an amount corresponding to the return shipping costs advanced by us may be deducted from the refund.

If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe set by the carrier, or is refused without a valid reason, it will automatically be returned to SPAAN. After receipt of the parcel, we will refund the order, minus the original shipping costs and a fixed amount corresponding to the return shipping costs, including when the original shipping costs were offered free of charge.
