Return Conditions
You have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the product(s) to request a return or exchange via the after-sales service contact form. To ensure fair treatment for all customers, SPAAN may refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products not purchased directly from spaan.fr
- Exceeding the withdrawal period or not following the return procedure
- Damaged products or not in original condition
- Missing parts (including screws)
Return Procedure
Prepare the package
Include the item(s) in their original packaging (bags, separation cardboard, padding). Use the original box or similar packaging.
Please insert the invoice of your order inside the package, or if not available, your full name and order number on any piece of paper. Without this, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.
If the original box is in good condition and reused, please remove or cross out the original shipping label and all visible barcodes before applying the new label, to avoid delivery errors.
Attach the shipping label
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, preparation mistake), we will cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label to print and stick on the parcel.
In all other cases, the return shipping label and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to purchase a prepaid return label, you can do so on our website by ordering the item FPO ("Additional Shipping Fee"). Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo return label to print and attach to the parcel, which you can drop off at any Royal Mail post office in the UK.
If you were originally sent a prepaid return label for an exchange but later request a refund, a flat-rate return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Send the package
If you received a prepaid Colissimo return label, please drop off the parcel at any Royal Mail post office in the United Kingdom.
If you are sending the return at your own expense, it must be sent using standard postal service (without signature) to the address provided by customer service.
Refund Terms
Returns are processed within a few business days of receipt. After verification and approval by our after-sales service, we will refund your payment via the original payment method (full refund for full returns, partial refund for partial returns).
If a prepaid return label was provided for an exchange and you later opt for a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
