You have the legal withdrawal period of 14 days after delivery of the product(s) to ask us for a return or an exchange via the after-sales service contact form. In order to protect all customers and to ensure that all returns and exchanges are treated fairly, SPAAN may refuse your return or exchange in certain situations, such as:
- Products that were not purchased directly from spaan.uk
- Exceeding the withdrawal period or non-compliance with the return procedure
- Products damaged or no longer in their original condition
- Missing parts (includes screws)
Prepare the package
Include the item(s) in their original packaging (packaging, bags, cardboard separation plate, padding), then your printed return form. Use the original packaging or similar packaging.
Attach shipping label
In the case of a return or an exchange due to an error on our part (error in preparation, sending of the wrong item) we bear the cost of the return and provide you with a pre-shipment label. - paid to print and stick on the package. In the event of a return for any other reason, labeling and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Send us your package
In the case of a return or an exchange due to an error on our part, bring and deposit the parcel in a relay point of the Mondial Relay network of your choice. In the case of a return for any other reason, send the package to the address specified on your return note (the choice of carrier is up to the customer).
Returned packages are processed upon receipt. After verification and acceptance of the return by the after-sales service, we will refund your payment (full refund in the event of a complete return, partial refund in the event of the return of part of the products) via the same method of payment used for the command.
