Very disappointed, not by the product itself

Very disappointed, not with the sissy bar itself, but with the quality of the screws! In fact, the package didn't even include an Allen key! There were no nuts in the screws either, making assembly impossible.

Disappointed about the (leather)??? and the very unusual fastenings....
