Arrived with damaged paint!

The assembly was complicated; there were no instructions. A shame.

Very easy to mount, perfect for spacing out a pannier but not for supporting one. Especially on a knobby scrambler that vibrates a lot, so I ordered the 15L Spaan oiled cotton pannier.
