Just what's needed

Very good, simple and effective.

The instructions lack precision in indicating the locations of the various washers/screws.

The screws that replace the original ones on the shock absorbers are of poor quality; I damaged the heads of both of them while tightening them.

Good, but the instructions weren't clear.

I'm not sure I put the washers in the right place; it's not visible on the diagram and there's no explanation in French.

Good product but instructions are useless

The assembly instructions are really unclear and not in French. The diagram is unclear, even though the assembly is relatively easy for a poor DIYer like me.

Good equipment. Good delivery.

The product seems quite sturdy and of good quality. It all assembles relatively well after a few adjustments needed for each motorcycle, but it's still easy enough. I slightly regret the lack of choice in screw color; that would have been a nice touch. Satisfied with this purchase.

The Pros

The Cons
- The Klick Fix instructions (in English) are difficult to read. The principle involves placing a small U-shaped spacer, which is screwed in between the fender and its bracket, and then inserting a spacer at the bottom to compensate for the thickness of the U. You have to force the bracket away from the fender to slide this spacer in: be careful not to scratch the fender during this operation... steel is flexible!

- The bracket could have been made 2 centimeters shorter to bring the bag closer to the motorcycle.

- When the bag is fully opened for carrying bulky items, the two leather straps can no longer be secured and swing around. A hub to hold them in place would be a good idea.
