The website and the equipment are very well guided and of very good quality, nothing to complain about. It fits the original screws without any problem, well done! I recommend this site for pannier supports. However, you can find pannier supports on Amazon which are resold at much higher prices than going through the manufacturer. It's better to buy them directly than to buy them on Amazon which takes a hefty cut, so it's foolish to go through them. I prefer to go through SPPAN.
