Excellent telephone service, very friendly and helpful advice. The saddlebags are superb, although the lock is a bit flimsy. Delivery time was perfect, but be aware that the packaging was too flimsy for the contents; the cardboard box wasn't rigid enough, and the package arrived open! But thankfully, it wasn't damaged.

Luggage rack

The Spaan luggage rack is good quality and fits easily on my Guzzi V7 Special, but there are no instructions in French.

I had to enlarge the cutout on the shock absorber side because the shock absorber top was hitting the luggage rack during suspension movement. In my opinion, this is a small design flaw that I felt I should point out.
