There are good things and bad things

The panniers are good quality.
The Clickfix system already integrated into the panniers is also good quality.
The chrome side supports are nice too. Where it falls short is the customer service. It's a small company, but seems honest. You shouldn't be in a hurry.

Nothing to complain about, very good product, fits my Kawasaki perfectly, but it's just a luggage rack...not suitable for a top case, it's really too small, or you have to remove the original sissy bar from the motorcycle...
