Emilien gave us a fantastic welcome; he was very professional and friendly. The saddlebags are superb. My only slight reservation, although it's great that they exist, concerns the locking mechanism.

Warranty replacement

After rust appeared on the sissy bar bracket, I contacted the seller. A few weeks later, I received a new part under warranty.

Thank you to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone; he was responsive and friendly.

Radiator protector

A few machining scratches; one of the corners is slightly bent at the bottom. After assembly, I didn't notice it anymore; it looks great.

Hello, after a delivery error, I received my luggage rack on time thanks to a second, faster delivery.

The photo does not match the motorcycle model (Triumph 900 Scrambler).
