The saddlebags are a beautiful product that fits my Moto Guzzi V85 perfectly and looks quite stylish! A delivery delay allowed me to have several phone conversations with Spaan and realize that they are a reputable company, very customer-focused, and did everything they could (including a goodwill gesture) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. So, far from being dissatisfied, I warmly recommend Spaan for their responsiveness and understanding.

My only slight disappointment was that the mounting instructions for the pannier racks weren't in French. The panniers are easy to attach and detach using the Klick Fix system.
